Copy attached files between documents in Document Management libraries (new views)

In new views, you can select attached files from one or more documents and then copy them into an existing document or a new one.

Notes:
– This feature is available in Document Management libraries only.
– If you're using beta views, you can use the Cherry Picker to copy attached files from one document to another. A library administrator must install the Cherry Picker first.

1. Open a new view in a Document Management Library.

2. Select one or more documents.

3. Open the panel to show a list of the attached files in all the documents you selected.

4. Select the attached files you want to copy.

Note: If you selected a draft document, the attached files from the main version of the document are copied. Learn more: Version control in AODocs.

5. Click Copy attached files.

6. Define whether to copy to a new document or an existing document.

7. Select the document class of the destination document.

8. If you selected Existing document, select the destination document.

9. Click Copy.
