Dear Smartbar user,
Please find below a list of the major new features and improvements in the AODocs Smartbar version 4.2.
New features
Copy documents within Secured Folder libraries
When using Google Drive with the AODocs Smartbar extension as a contributor, you are now able to copy a document within a Secured Folder.
You also have the ability to select the destination folder for your copied document, either in “My Drive” or “The current folder”.
Note: If you have read-only access to the library, you can copy a document only to your My Drive.

You have now the ability to convert the Microsoft Office files of your Secured Folder library to Google Files from the list of documents and folders, when using Drive with the AODocs Smartbar extension.
You can select whether you want to put the converted file into your “My Drive” or into the current folder, and a checkbox lets you delete the original file if you check it..

Duplicate folder structure
It is now possible to make a copy of a folder structure from the Google Drive interface with the AODocs Smartbar extension.
This action makes a copy of the folder and its subfolders, and the copy is placed in the parent folder.
Note:
- You cannot copy a folder tree containing more than 200 subfolders.
- Only the folder structure is copied, not the documents contained in the folder structure.

Known issue
“Make a copy” in a Secured Folder issue
The “Make a copy” feature does not currently work on files for which you have read-only access, even if you have the right to write into the folder where they are located. This issue will be fixed in the next Smartbar release.
