Note:
– To rename documents you must have edit permission on the documents.
– To rename folders, a library administrator must have assigned you the right to create, modify and delete folders. Learn more: for Secured Folders; for Document Management libraries.
Rename documents in the main panel
1. Open a view.
2. Select the document you want to rename.
3. Open the More actions menu and and select Rename.
4. Enter a new name in the dialog and click Rename.
Rename folders in the main panel
1. Open a view.
2. Select a folder.
3. Select Rename in the More actions menu.
4. In the Rename folder dialog, enter a new name for your folder.
5. Click Rename. A confirmation message appears.
Rename folders using the Browse by Folder side panel
1. Open a view.
2. Open the drop-down menu next to the name of your folder and select Rename.
3. Enter a new name in the dialog and click Rename.
