When working in Team Folders and Secured Folders using the AODocs Smartbar, you may need to switch from Google Drive to the AODocs interface and back again.
Some actions can be performed only in the AODocs interface, such as publish to the web and configure security settings in Secured Folders.

1. In My Drive, click the app launcher.
2. Scroll down and click AODocs.
You are redirected to the AODocs homepage, where all the libraries you have access to are displayed.
3. To open a library in AODocs, click its name. To open a Team Folder or Secured Folder in Google Drive, click the Drive icon.
Access AODocs from a library, folder, or file in Google Drive
When working in Google Drive, you can open a library, a folder, or a document directly in the AODocs interface.
1. Right-click on a:
- library root folder
- folder
- document
2. Select Open with, click AODocs. The item opens in the AODocs interface.

Note: You must install the Smartbar to use this feature.
When working in the Google Drive interface, a label indicates the type of AODocs library you're working in.
1. Click the label to open the information panel.
2. Click the open in a new tab button. The library opens in AODocs.

1. Access the AODocs homepage.
2. Click the Google Drive button on the library card of a Team Folder or Secured Folder. The library opens at root level in Google Drive.
Note: You can't open Document Management libraries using the Google Drive interface.
Open a document or folder in Google Drive from an AODocs view
1. Open a view in a Team Folder or Secured Folder.
Note: You can't open Document Management libraries using the Google Drive interface.
2. Select a folder or document to open in Google Drive.
3. Click the Open selected item in Google Drive button. The item opens in Google Drive.
Note: If no item is selected in a view with a folder structure, the current folder opens in Google Drive.
Access Google Drive from AODocs documents
1. Open an AODocs document.
2. Click the Open this file in Google Drive button. The document opens in Google Drive.
Note: If you selected a document with a non-Google file attachment, the file opens in the Google editor.
