Manage your library labels

As a super administrator, you can tag your libraries with labels to better organize the libraries on the AODocs homepage. These labels allow users to browse or filter the list of libraries displayed on the homepage.

Create new labels

1. Access the AODocs homepage.

2. Click the Create new label button.

3. In the Labels dialog, enter a label name.

4. Define where to add your label. You can:

  • select the home button to add the label at the root level
  • select a label to nest the label under the selected label
  • click the right arrow to nest a label under an existing sub-label

    This creates a hierarchical structure of labels and sub-labels.

5. Click Save.


Delete labels

1. Click the gear button next to the label you want to delete. 

2. Select Delete.


Rename labels

1. Click the gear button next to the label you want to rename. 

2. Select Rename.

3. In the Labels dialog, enter a new label name.

4. Click Save.


Move labels

1. Click the gear button next to the label you want to move. 

2. Select Move.

3. In the Labels dialog, select the position in the hierarchy where you want to move the label.

4. Click Save.
