  • Attached files panel is now available for libraries using Google Cloud and Azure storage

Annotate and redact files

AODocs 67 introduces the annotation and redaction feature.

Note: This feature is currently available only in libraries using Google Drive. It will soon be available in libraries using Google Cloud and Azure Blob storage.

Important: This feature isn't available by default. If you're interested in activating it, contact the AODocs Support team by email at support@aodocs.com or open a ticket.

As an editor of an AODocs document, you can annotate and redact attached files in the AODocs advanced preview.

You can download the resulting file as a PDF. Alternatively, you can save it as an attached PDF file in the current AODocs document or in a new AODocs document.

You can annotate and redact many file formats. For example, Microsoft Office suite, Google format, EML, PDF, and so on.

And there’s so much more brewing…

The new views are only the beginning.

The rest of the AODocs application, including the document page and the domain homepage, will be rebuilt in several phases over subsequent releases.
