This article is for AODocs tenant administrators. It explains how to deploy the Universal File Opener (UFO) or AODocs File Opener (AFO) client across your tenant.
The Universal File Opener (UFO) and the AODocs File Opener (AFO) are Google Chrome extensions. They enhance users' AODocs experience by enabling direct file editing from AODocs
- UFO is used in AODocs libraries using Google Drive
- AFO in AODocs libraries using Google Cloud Storage or Azure Blob Storage

Individual users can install UFO/AFO. However, as a tenant administrator you can install UFO/AFO for all users on your tenant. To do this:
- Deploy the UFO/AFO client to your tenant (described below).
- Deploy the UFO/AFO extension to your tenant.
Important: You must deploy the UFO/AFO client before deploying the UFO extension.

To install UFO/AFO for all the users on your AODocs tenant:
1. Download the package required to install:
- UFO for all users on your tenant: ufoInstall-allUsers.pkg
- AFO for all users on your tenant: afoInstall-allUsers.pkg

2. Deploy this package following the Apple Remote Desktop (ARD) installation processes.

To install UFO/AFO for all the users on your AODocs tenant:
1. Download the package required to:
- install UFO for all users on your tenant: ufoInstall-allUsers.msi (works best for Citrix)
- install AFO for all users on your tenant: afoInstall-allUsers.msi (works best for Citrix)

2. Deploy this package following the Group Policy Object (GPO) for Windows.
