Document preview formats

In addition to common formats (PDF, Office, images), portals support:

Note: Google Docs and Microsoft Office files can be previewed but not edited in the portal.

Here's what external users experience when accessing a portal for the first time:

  2. Create password — First-time users set up their credentials
  3. Verify email — Confirm their email address
  4. Access portal — View, download, and/or upload documents
  5. Return visits — Automatic sign-in (no password required)

Supported authentication methods

  • External users: Email + password (set on first visit)
  • Organization members: Google or Microsoft SSO

Audit logs and reporting

Every portal action is tracked for compliance and security.
