Switch between list and grid view
On the AODocs homepage, there are two views of libraries. The default is the grid view:
To switch to the list view, use the Grid view / List view toggle. The list view is shown below.
To open a library, click its name. Learn more: Access your libraries.
Search for libraries using keywords
On the AODocs homepage, enter part or all of the name of a library in the Search field.
The list of libraries displayed is filtered according to the text you entered. The search is case insensitive and matches partial keywords. The result list is updated immediately as you type your keywords.
Which libraries are shown in the list of results?
For readers, contributors and library administrators, the results show the libraries to which they have access and which don't have restricted visibility for the type of user – learn more: Restrict the visibility of your library. For example, contributors can see all libraries in which they have write access, except those in which the visibility is set to Hidden from readers and contributors.
For super administrators, the results show all the libraries in the domain.

Display your favorite libraries
To display all your favorite libraries on the AODocs homepage, click the star filter in the right panel.
– Click the star on a library card to tag/untag the library as a favorite.
– Click Reset filters to remove the filter.
Filter libraries by type
You can filter the libraries displayed on the AODocs homepage by type.
By default, all library types are displayed. Use the filter buttons to display Team Folders, Secured Folders and/or Document Management libraries.
Tip: Click Reset filters to remove the filter.
Display libraries in which you have pending workflow tasks
To display libraries in which you have pending workflow tasks, click the See my tasks button.
Tip: The number of pending tasks in a library is shown on the library card. Click the pending tasks button on the library card to access your list of pending workflow tasks.
Sort your list of libraries
You can sort your list of libraries in alphabetical order or in order of the last time you accessed them.
Select libraries for display using labels
Libraries can be tagged with labels, which allow you to select libraries for display on your homepage.
– Only super administrators can create new labels. Learn more: Manage your library labels.
– Only library administrators can apply labels to a library. Learn more: Apply labels to libraries.
Select a label in the left panel to display all the libraries you can access that are tagged with this label.
Tip: Click All libraries to deselect the label. This doesn't remove any filters that you have applied.
Super administrators: filter the display to show only your libraries
As a super administrator, all the libraries in your domain are shown on the library homepage. You may want to filter the display to show only the libraries in which you are defined as reader, contributor or library administrator.
On the library homepage, activate the switch See only my libraries.
– When this switch is off (default), all libraries in your domain are displayed.
– When this switch is on, all libraries in which you are defined as reader, contributor or library administrator are displayed, except those in which the visibility is restricted for the type of user you're defined as in the library.
For example, if you're a reader in a library in which the visibility is defined as Hidden from readers, you can see the library when the switch is off, but you can't see it when the switch is on.
