Add a library shortcut manually to My Drive from Google Drive
Note: This is a standard Google Drive feature.
1. Click the library name in the breadcrumb.
2. Select Organize > Add shortcut.
3. In the dialog that opens, select the location where you want your shortcut to appear.
4. Click Add.
Note: At any moment you can move the shortcut to a folder of your choice.
Add AODocs library shortcuts to the My Drive of all library users
Library administrators can add shortcuts to the My Drive of all end users defined in Team Folders and Secured Folders. If a library administrator has done this, your My Drive contains shortcuts to all the these libraries.
