This article is for Microsoft 365 administrators. It describes how to enable the following on your AODocs tenant:
- the use of Microsoft groups on multiple Microsoft 365 tenants
- Migrate for AODocs
- Bulk Updater
Note: AODocs Content Services licenses are required to invite Microsoft users to collaborate on your AODocs tenant. You must request activation of the feature. Contact our sales team at sales@aodocs.com to learn more.
This procedure is required:
- for each Microsoft 365 tenant on which you want to use Microsoft groups
- to let Microsoft users on your tenant access Migrate for AODocs and Bulk Updater
- to let users on your tenant use Migrate for AODocs to perform a Sharepoint migration
- to let users on your tenant access OneDrive when adding files

where <customer_tenant_id> is your tenant ID – learn how to recover your tenant ID.
2. Accept the permissions required by AODocs.
3. For each Microsoft 365 tenant, send the following information to your AODocs sales representative or send an email to sales@aodocs.com:
- the tenant ID – learn how to recover your tenant ID
- the email address of an Azure admin on that tenant
The permissions listed below are granted for Microsoft groups.
The permissions listed below are granted for Migrate for AODocs and Bulk Updater.
