Querying an AOdocs library to embed the resulting list of documents into a website

Hello,

I understand from this tips&tricks  that I can use Bulk Updater coupled with Awesome Table to embed the data from an AODocs library into a website. Ok but quite cumbersome. Is there a more direct way to query AODocs through its javascript API and display the results in an iFrame ?
