  Hi Natasha,

  I understand that you would like to be able to set up a property on your document to follow the shelf life of a product.

  If you are the library administrator you can configure it yourself following these steps:

  https://support.aodocs.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000051523-Configure-custom-properties

  You might want to create a property of the type "Date" or "Integer" depending if you aim at a duration or date in the future.

  However I thought that this community was about another program that I use as well.
  Wanted to remove my post just after I discovered this.
