I am not seeing the "Allocate" button, has this feature not been rolled out?

Will an option to automatically release inactive licenses be added? Or an option to release multiple licenses at a time?

3. expand the left menu bar (folders titles cannot be seen)

I know this used to be an option, I am also hoping that it returns.
