Choose which Administrator receive the Permissions Request (assign a Notifications' Manager Role?)
In some libraries, some top management representatives are also adminsitrators of the library.
In many Libraries, we have a dedicated adminstrator to ease the life & maintenance of the Processes within the libraries.
It happen some times that some users arrive in a AODocs file by Google Drive. If they don't have the right to access to it they can do a REQUEST ACCESS.
Those request access goes to the Knowledge Administrators of the library, and in some case to top management people.
In my experience I received a lot of complains of those notifications and it's blocking AODocs Adoption.
I would be nice to choose who is dealing with notifications of sharing request in the Library, either setting it by defaults to administrators but having the possibility to change it to an person/group of people.

Hi Arnaud,
Thank you for your feature request!
Although the sharing requests are redirected to library administrators by default, it is possible to specify a specific role that can take care of those requests. This is configurable at the library level.
Please check out our brand new article, and let us know whether this can address your need: https://support.aodocs.com/hc/en-us/articles/8802698217755-Use-the-API-to-delegate-the-management-of-sharing-requests-to-a-specific-role
