Let Admins Export User License List from Domain Administration

In the "Licensing" section of the domain administration, all users with some type of license are listed. There should be:

1. An indication of who has a read vs a full license.
2. The ability for the administrator to export that list of users.

A list of users in a spreadsheet format is necessary for all kinds of reasons, but most significantly to check for deactivated users, track new users, and figure out who is uptaking the tool.

There is no way to copy and paste the list to a sheet, so I have to email our CSE to get the list and will need to continue to do so periodically.
