Need document owners to receive access request notifications

Currently, if someone requests access to a document (for themselves or on behalf of another person), the access request goes to the AODocs storage account and is effectively lost to the void. The person who is responsible for the document never has any awareness that someone requested access, and they person who requested access has no awareness that their request went nowhere, and even if they were trained to understand that access requests don't go anywhere, they have no way to find out who the doc owner is to ask them directly.

AODocs should have a (toggle-able) function to choose a user field or role that gets access request emails, and, ideally, the access request email should bring the person who gets it to the AODocs permissions screen, not the Google Drive native share pop up screen (which is the link natively in the email). If the email takes them to this screen, users are likely to use the Google Share button method which has no use on an AODocs file.
