Concise summary of user actions list should exist and be clearly shown

AODocs does not show a summary of what users completed what actions and when. Users need to easily be able to see what other actions users have taken on a document. Right now, the tool has 2 displays similar to what I am looking for, but neither are as helpful or clear as a discrete list of actions would be. The "document history" view has far too much information within it - it's extremely difficult to find actions within this view. The second is the transitions list, which only shows the user action IF it triggered a transition. I strongly believe that adding an "Actions Summary" in the same righthand view panel as the properties/transitions would have extremely high utility for users, and I even feel it should be the default display there.
