Option to show blank properties should be available - Properties shuffle around and hidden on the screen confuse users

Hello - I am an admin configuring AODocs for our company and am in the process of user experience testing. A consistent point of confusion is caused by the document properties screen. The fact that empty properties are not visible in the view caused much user confusion. They had no idea that they needed to hit to the edit button to make these fields appear. Multiple users made statements like "wait what just happened" "where did everything go" "why does this all look different" and "why is everything in a different order". This seems like it should be an option to at least stabilize the screen if desired.
