Allow for Toggle of "Not" in Filters for Views

It would be very convenient to be able to toggle a category value as filter for "Not" in the filter option for views. In the below example we have a category with over 50 values, one of the last values is an "either/or" scenario (i.e. a box will either have a box number or it will be classed as "missing"). With how filters currently work, if I wanted to show just the records with a box number I would have to go through the list and select each box number 1 through 50. If we were able to filter for "Not" then I could simply filter by "Not Missing". I am aware this is possible via entering the text into the search field. This would still be a convenient feature.
