Right sidebar - exact time

We're looking for a way to change or set the time shown in the right sidebar in the workflow transitions tab. We need to see the date, but it shows the elapsed time instead.
i.e.
Now: "4 days ago"
Need: "January, 18th"

Sometimes, we take a screenshot and attach it in another document, email or folder (out of AODocs) where other people can see the exact date when we approve. And they can start different processes with this screenshot in others platforms.
