New Permissions Level to Allow - Deny Regular users to delete content

Currently, AODocs only allow to restrict content to be deleted if the user is a Library Admin or not, which is a bit risky because a regular user that has been granted with Admin access may access areas in the list configuration that should not be allowed.

The idea is to have another access level, so users can be grante with contributor access without being able to delete content -OR- granted with contributor access and being able to delete content

Something like:

• Read
• Read, Comment
• Write with Delete
• Write without Delete
