For this particular case, we need to add additional metadata to a related record's particular relationship. For example, we have a contract that is related to a client. The client is the related document class. In addition to the metadata in the related document, we would like to be able to add additional metadata for this particular relationship. Like Type of Relation.
In other cases we need the ability to add several sets of similar information, like notes. Not necessarily about a related document, but just within the original document.
