Thank you for your post Bernard. I guess that you would also expect AODocs to check if the tagged users have access to the current document and propose to share it with them if they don't yet have access and if it is possible for the commenter.
As we use rhe workflow function in AoDocs it's really annoying to not be able to tag someone once he/she has made their action.
People can't go every day in each workflow just to verify they haven't be tagged with a specific question so this function is just a must have in my opinion. And yes Thibault, proposing ro adapt the sharing options like in Gdocs would be the icing on the cake.
