Enabling manual retention review to a library

In the AODocs retention module, it is set up to automatically review and delete documents that have reached the end of life according to the retention policy set. There is a "Docs to be deleted" report that allows you to review the documents that will be deleted within a specific date range however, what if you are behind in reviewing this report and it is deleted before you can review it?  

As a retention administrator, it would be nice to enable either an automatic or manual destruction option to a specific library. With the manual destruction, the documents that can be destroyed will come up in the retention module and you can either 'delete' or 'retain' the document. For each action it would be nice to have a comment option.
