Create Library from a CVS definition file

Hello,

I have a question regarding moving bulk data from SharePoint into AoDocs.

SharePoint List definition looks like this:

Title, Employee Name, Department, Attachments

Let say SharePoint list has 10 items. We have created a script that loops all over the SharePoint List, gets all colums values and put all of it in a CSV file. Then it looks if items have attachments. If it has, then attachement are downloaded into a folder, and then uploaded into Google Drive. Then path is added into CSV file  to get something like this:

Title,Employee Name,Department, Attachments

Emp1,John,IT,ttps://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/***TVdztRnWMPUT2sFIifH8gAf2vGBdEj

Emp2,Naty,HR,IT,https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/***TVdztRnYHTRT2sFIifH8gAf2vGBdEj

Emp3,Elsa,OPS,https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/***TVdztRnkLesT2sFIifH8gAf2vGBdEj

Emp4,Peter,HR,IT,https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/***TVdztRnGtRew2sFIifH8gAf2vGBdEj

I want to import that content into a AODocs Document Management Library, and attach all files in from the Google Drive link into each of the entries to be created in AODocs library.

Is that achievable? I am so sorry fot this post, but I am completely new for this and need to understand if that is feasible.

Thank you.

  • Hi Gregory,

Our Migrate for AODocs solution includes a native connector for Sharepoint that perform automatic library configuration upon usage.

I've informed our Services team of your request, they'll be in contact with you shortly.
