Reference to a specific page in a PDF document in AODocs library

In our company intranet, I want to include a link to a specific page of a PDF document that is maintained and managed in one of our AOdocs libraries.  Is there a way to do this?

I know I can do this if the PDF document is not maintained in an AODocs library.  Adobe documentation shows an example reference as:  <A HREF="http://www.example.com/myfile.pdf#page=4">

But if I append "#page=4" to the end of the AODoc file URL, it does not take me to that specific page of the PDF document.  Here is an example:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Pqely5tqxcbT8bllg_ZedTF7grdE1V_v/view#page=4
