multiple notifications per workflow state
It would be good to be able to add as many notifications as desired to a workflow state, so that you can send different messages to different audiences. Currently I have to create new states, just for the purpose of needing to send a different message to a different audience.

Wanted to add another flavor to this request - which is to choose to send or not send to different roles / person fields in a workflow action.
The use case is where I want several roles or person fields to be able to do the action, but only need one of them to get the email. This is particularly useful when you want a manager to be able to step in as needed, or allow a person to be backup to another person.
