Title : Have the possibility to limit to a short text.

Currently, there is no limit of characters for title. Some users put 2 or 3 sentences in the title.

I use the title in every extraction and it is sometime not easy to read all. This is not the purpose of a title to be so long.

Administrator of a library should have the possibility to limit the number of characters allowed. For instance 80 to 100 letter (space included) should be enough.
