Domain administration tool: library management -- see storage usage per library

I would like to see the amount of storage used on a per library basis (rather than simply per storage account).

The use case: when a storage account is full, I'd like some data so I can know which libraries to move to a different storage account.

Of course, it would be nice to have a tool to change the storage account for an existing library.
