Call AODocs APIs from extranet

Can I call APIs from my extranet website - to display list of Libraries, Search Page etc? My extranet website is not managed by Google - its an already existing website. And I am creating a digital library in AODocs. I want the documents added to the AODocs be be searcheable via my extranet website. Possible? Via APIs or by embedding a library URL? Plz guide.
