Unable to view all subcontractors

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue where it seems that after I've been added as a user on the AODocs system I can only see subcontractors (and the related workers) that have been added after I've been added. So any subcontractors that were added before I was given access I cannot see them. 

When I go to create a new worker and I try to add the subcontractor by searching for one of these companies that I can't see, even then it won't show up.

I've tried adding a subcontractor that I cannot see, but is already added to the system, an error message appears to say the subcontractor already exists, but like I said I can't see it.

Any ideas as to why this is happening and most of all how to fix this issue?
