This feature indeed is not available from the Migration For AODocs tool's interface.
However, AODocs technical teams do have the capability to move a library from one storage account to another.
If you need such an operation, I recommend you get in touch with the AODocs support team from here or talk about it with your AODocs account manager or professional services team contacts.
