Chat feature within AODocs interface for help

It would be nice to have a chat feature within the interface where a user can chat with an administrator/person or group defined by administrators to get help in AODocs.

For example they click on a button like this help button in the knowledge base:

and can send a message and live chat to our administration team, and anyone from the team can respond and help.

Could this integrate with Google Hangouts, perhaps?
