Copy Secured Library & maintain all permission structure & documents

This is badly needed. Many of us have templated library structures for such things as Projects we use to create new libraries. There needs to be an option to copy all folders & documents & retain all the permission structure when creating from an existing Library. The hassle of having to go through every time and reset all permissions is completely inefficient.
