DMS - Access a document previous version from Google Drive

Most visitors (wide audience) find the attached files of the AODocs documents through their Drive or Google Cloud search, then they reference the Google url in documents, or add them as a bookmark. When there is a new version of this document, this url does not work anymore and a Google message displays to REQUEST ACCESS. This is our major adoption problem.

It should redirect to the new version of the attached file (which is opened to all), or to the AODoc document page .
