Adapt zoom level for pop-up windows (such as "Document permissions")

I work as an administrator for an AODocs Library (DMS) with many contributors. One of our biggest source of mistake for contributors is that if your browser is zoomed at 100% (so classic set up), you won't see the "Save" button appear at the bottom of the "Document permission" window. You have to unzoom the browser to have it show ! This generates a lot of mistakes and frustration and is a big barrier to adoption. It would be very helpful if you could adapt the size of this window, or the save button moved at the top of the window for instance.
