Summary of version history - comments on why new versions were created

Would like to have a "Version comment" box (that we could require to be mandatory) that gets completed each time a new version of a document is created.  This box would capture what was changing in the document, and why the new version was created.  Two things could them happen with this unique "comment" notes: 

  • It could be a field that could be added to the email notifications during workflow - and signal that it is a version change comment, which is different than a workflow comment 
  • These version comments would be included with each version in the version history section - could appear below the title of each version, why that version was created
