Drive UI > Ability to move documents via the native "move to" feature rather than just the Smartbar move folder tool

From the Google Drive UI, it would be good to have the ability to move documents to different folders via the native Drive "move to" feature rather than just the Smartbar move folder tool. Currently I have to use the Smartbar move folder tool.

As per this screenshot, if I select a document > right-click > select "move to", I can navigate to other folders in the library but in fact I don't have the ability to move the document.
