Smartbar: integration issue with Gmail

Dear AODocs Smartbar users,

Some of you may have the following error when trying to open Gmail from Chrome:

We have a temporary work around that will allow you to work with both Gmail and the Smartbar.

We suggest you disable the Import email feature from the Smartbar.

To do this, follow the procedure below:

  1. From your Gmail, press the Smartbar button in the top right of your screen.

  2. The Smartbar menu opens:

  3. Press the Settings button. By default, the Import emails feature is active:

  4. Disable the Import emails feature:

  5. Once you have disabled the Import emails feature, refresh your Gmail tab.

We’re currently investigating the root cause of this issue. We’re doing all we can to restore the Import emails feature as soon as possible.
