Show "no results found" if there are no results in relations search window

When adding a relation between documents, there is a separate search window. In that search window, if there are no search results the window is blank. It is unclear whether it is blank because the search is still running, if the page crashed, or if the search returned no results. It would be helpful for the user to see "no results found" appear in the window when there are no results.

    I wanted to confirm that with Release V45, we now display this message when the search for related documents does not match any document:
