Reinitialize a category

It would be great if we could reinitialize a category.

Example :

- after having uploaded a csv file with too many errors

- when you create a new database with a copy from an existing database, categories are duplicated, and many times we have to reinitialize some categories.

Nowadays, we have to delete any value, one by one. It takes too much time.
