AODocs users from different AODocs domains can collaborate in the same libraries. This situation may arise when, for example, users in different companies within the same corporate group need to exchange documents and use AODocs as a collaborative platform.
The procedure is different for Google users and Microsoft users.

Users with Google Accounts
Note: Google Workspace admins can disable external sharing of Google Drive files in your domain or organizational unit. In this case, AODocs can't override this setting and AODocs can't share Google Drive files with users outside your domain.
Users with a Google Account can switch between AODocs domains after signing in to AODocs. In the example below, the user firstname.lastname@example.org can access AODocs libraries from:
- her own domain: demokb.aodocs.com
- an external domain: altirnao.com
1. Open your user menu and select Switch domain.
2. In the Select domain pop-up, select the domain you want to use and press Switch domain.
You are redirected to the AODocs homepage of the domain selected.
Note: When you're using AODocs on an external domain, the domain you're using is displayed in parentheses in the user menu below your account name.
Users with Microsoft accounts
Users with a Microsoft account must sign out of one AODocs domain before signing in to another. In the example below, the user email@example.com can access AODocs libraries from his own domain: demokb.aodocs.com and from an external domain.
1. Open the user menu and select Sign out.
2. Sign in on a different domain.
