Agreed.  Not all comments are for general consumption.  It should be possible to configure who can see what, if anything.

Is there a proposed release date for this feature?  I have the same issue with Team Folders.  It looks like this should be a simple fix.

The recent activity is just too much 'noise'.  Better to allow the option to turn on or off.

Looked at the DocuSign option.  Not really what I'm looking for and way too expensive.  A simple signature field type defined within the document class would be more appropriate.
