Hi Ankush, The shortcut is added for all users having access to the library, even if they are just Readers. Hope that helps.

Hi Andres, from the API, you're looking at search.search.searchDocumentsByView. From the user interface, the new View page lets you export the full content of the view to a spreadsheet.

Hi John, external users are able to create folders in libraries, but they don’t have the option to import a whole folder from Google Drive. Is this what you are referring to?
