Can you notify users of more than one document? I have tried but to no avail. Would the fix be to place the documents you want to share in a folder then share to users?

How do you show Recent Activity documents in a View? When we add new documents, you can see them in Recent Activity only but no where else in the Library? How do we get them show up in the Library ...
