Also, it would be nice to present the list of groups / users with checkboxes next to them. Currently, to send to more than 1 group / user, I have to press "Ctrl" then mouse click the next group(s) ...

3. Users can view all libraries from AODocs dashboard but not necessarily open all of them

Thanks Thibault. Your understanding is correct and yes, your suggestion regarding ability for end users to request access to the library admin would be helpful as well.
