Sort list of Categories

Hi Team,

Please can the list of Categories be sorted (under Administration > Categories).

A simple sort by first letter ascending would be fine, better still would be the ability to sort by any of the column titles ascending or descending - or optionally the ability to drag and drop the list into any order the admin decides (like the list of Views).

This was suggested under feature request "Category list improvements" but this is closed and this feature wasn't included.
