Is it possible to hide the right side panel as soon as a document is 'applicable'?

The comments don't need to be visible for all users.

Hi Lotte,

Can you please detail what you mean by "applicable"? Is it in your case a certain workflow state? Or is it something else?

The side panel doesn't include only the comments, you can see the properties if you're on the attachment of the document, are you looking at hiding this as well?

Yes, this is a workflow state (the last one)

In this state, the document is visible to everyone in our company.
