V10 Smartbar - Not importing date, from, to, cc, subject from Email into Libraries other than DMS.

With the opening of Request #13080, we found that the new Smartbar V10 only imports items such as Date, From, To, CC, and Subject if only using DMS libraries.

We would like to have this feature enabled on all types of AODocs Libraries not just DMS.
